SHIPPING POLICY: We ship Pan-India. Delhi NCR 1-3 days, Metro 3-5 days, Rest of India 5-7 days. Free Shipping above Rs.499, otherwise Rs.49. Tracking will be sent to your email/phone.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY: Due to hygiene, skincare & cosmetics cannot be returned if opened/used. For damaged/wrong product, share unboxing video and photos within 24 hours to info@epowerm.com. Return request within 48 hours of delivery. After product reaches our warehouse at Jaitpur Extension Part-2, New Delhi-110044, refund in 5-7 working days.
